Location: Versailles, Kentucky

CMW provided architectural, engineering and site development services for the design of a 14,000 square foot justice center.   Vector, LLC, CMW's sister company, provided construction management services.

This project is a freestanding, 2-story District Court building with accompanying ancillary spaces, i.e. Judges Chambers; witness rooms; CDW offices; secure holding area; conference/hearing room; jury deliberation suite. Along with the judicial area, the Circuit Clerk office is also located on the ground level of the building. The approximate area of the building is 14,000 square feet. This project was completed in 1998.
